Kathy founded Petersen Insurance Solutions in 2012. From 2003 to 2012, Kathy worked for an insurance agency in Green Bay, specializing in Medicare Options. She was one of the first agents in Northeast Wisconsin to sell Medicare Advantage plans; and was active in the introduction of Medicare Part D in 2006.

Kathy has over 30 years of experience in banking and insurance, for companies throughout the Midwest. She’s worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wisconsin, Lutheran Brotherhood/Thrivent Financial, BankOne, Norwest Bank, and others.
